Staff:

Teachers at the Preschool have experience in early childhood education.  Teachers participate in a variety of workshops, conferences and seminars as continuing education throughout the year.  Teachers are available to discuss a child’s progress with parents on an as needed basis. 

Classes:
Toddlers - Mondays & Wednesday

2's, 3's, 4's - Monday, Wednesday, Friday or                    
Monday thru Friday 8:30 - 12:00
Kindergarten - Monday thru Friday 8:30 - 12:30

The curriculum is based on developmentally appropriate practices that provide children with an exciting environment for learning. Our K4 and Kindergarten classes incorporate a phonics bases program Abeka into their experience.

Children must have attained class age on or before Sept. 1 of the school year.

In creating class groupings, consideration is given to boy/girl ratio.

Toddlers/Twos

This program helps your child gain self-confidence through fun, delightful play. Toddlers begin to build their language skills through Bible stories, nursery rhymes, and games. They also begin to learn the daily routines they will need to make the most of our "Early Preschool" program. Toddlers must be walking to attend. There are two day classes available for the 15-24 month olds. There are three or five day classes available for the two year olds.

Early Preschool/Threes

Music, puzzles, fieldtrips, and other activities encourage creativity while helping your child understand basic concepts and recognize numbers, colors, and objects.
Lessons prepare your child for a rewarding school experience. Bible concepts are taught through stories and hands on activities. Three year old students must be potty trained.Three and five day classes are available.

Pre-Kindergarten/Fours

Our program develops social and emotional skills children need to learn effectively. Using the ABeka curriculum your child will learn letters, sounds, and numbers through fun and developmentally appropriate methods. The Bible is taught on a daily basis through songs, memorization, and stories. The children have wonderful enrichment experiences, fieldtrips, and group interaction. There are three day and five day classes available.

Kindergarten

The ABeka curriculum is used as a hands-on and structured learning experience designed to expand language skills, increase math skills and also increase readiness concepts. Science, social studies, reading, arts and crafts are a part of our curriculum. Children explore the world of science, culture, and group activities. Scheduled fieldtrips are taken corresponding to their unit of study. The Bible is taught on a daily basis through stories, memory verses, and music.

All classes attend music and art class weekly.
Children attend chapel on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
The three's, four's and five's visit the our children's lilbrary weekly.
